What we do?

FWG Athletes will have access to a range of services throughout the company to best support their footballing career and development. We will provide athletes with highly experienced mentors to help with your personal development. Technical support will also be provided by experienced UEFA qualified coaches and Talent Identification experts who will focus on Player Development, through Talent ID Reports throughout your season. Player profiles and targets are also put in place throughout your season and are based on our in-house FA qualified scouts feedback, where we set position specific primary and secondary targets they must aim to hit throughout the football season.

You will also have access to Strength and Conditioning (S&C) programs, to work along side your club football and give you a weekly training program to fill any missing elements to your game. As we all know data plays a huge role within football and this is something FWG has built within our programs. We have teamed up with PlayerMaker UNO and PlayerData Edge Individual to help track a range of metrics. By using PlayerData to collect data, we are able to monitor training volume, load and intensity closely. This allows us to ensure we look after all our athletes, thus reducing load related injuries and capitalising on your performance on the pitch and giving you the tools to analyse your performance off it. Based on your season performances and feedback from our in house scouts and mentors we will actively arrange trials for either professional football clubs or non-league clubs from Step 1 to 3. We will be calling this Next Level Trials!
